Policy, warm air, hot and smart manufacturing, four directions or attract capital
In the context of the recent "China Manufacturing 2025" supporting policy, the intelligent manufacturing industry in China has gradually entered the application stage. In the next 35 years, China's economic growth under the new normal will shift from “by sweat” to “by wisdom.” How should companies seize the opportunities in this process?
Policy, warm air, hot and smart manufacturing, four directions or attract capital
With the rapid development of the new generation of information and communication technology and the deep integration with advanced manufacturing technologies, a new round of industrial transformation represented by intelligent manufacturing has emerged around the world. Digitalization, networking and intelligence are increasingly becoming the main trends in the future development of the manufacturing industry. . The major industrialized countries in the world have stepped up their efforts to develop a new national strategy for revitalizing manufacturing, supporting and promoting the development of smart manufacturing to reshape the new competitive advantages of manufacturing. In order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry, improve quality and efficiency, the State Council issued the implementation of "Made in China 2025", and intelligent manufacturing as the main direction, accelerate the cultivation of China's new economic growth momentum, and seize the new round of industrial competition.
Recently, in order to speed up the organization and implementation of intelligent manufacturing projects, and promote the “Top Ten Key Fields of China Manufacturing 2025” to take the lead in breaking through and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industries, the Planning Department has compiled the “Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering Implementation Guide (2016-2020)”.
It is reported that the "Engineering Guide" will be divided into two phases: the first phase: the popularization of digital manufacturing during the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period, the pilot demonstration of intelligent manufacturing, and the promotion of digital manufacturing in the key areas of traditional manufacturing, with conditions The key industries with basics have been fully launched and gradually realized intelligent transformation; the second stage: the implementation of smart manufacturing during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, key technical equipment, intelligent manufacturing standards/industrial Internet/information security, core software support capabilities Enhance, build a new manufacturing system, and gradually realize intelligent transformation in key industries.
In addition, the Planning Department issued relevant supporting guidelines for the implementation of "Made in China 2025". The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Development and Reform, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Finance also jointly organized the manufacturing innovation center and industrial strength base. Five engineering implementation guidelines for green manufacturing, smart manufacturing and high-end equipment innovation were officially released. The five project implementation guidelines released this time clarify the development direction and key tasks in the fields of manufacturing innovation center, industrial strong base, green manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, and high-end equipment innovation in the next five to ten years. According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the five project implementation guidelines are not prescriptive but guided. They aim to give full play to the decisive role of the market in resource allocation and provide reference for government decision-making and enterprise innovation development.
Once China Manufacturing 2025 was issued, almost all of the country wanted to seize the commanding heights of intelligent manufacturing, and actively deployed Industry 4.0, hoping to keep up with the national strategic planning. In addition to the above-mentioned implementation guidelines, the "Made in China 2025" strategy has also frequently produced results at the local level. According to the data, since the State Council issued "Made in China 2025" in May 2015, Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, 25 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities including Shandong, Shaanxi, Sichuan, and Xinjiang have introduced specific local implementation policies. On August 18th, the pilot demonstration city work was officially launched, and Ningbo became the first pilot city of China Manufacturing 2025. At the same time, Nanjing also released the “Nanjing City Construction of China's smart manufacturing city implementation plan”, launched 16 heavyweight policies, and concentrated on building a smart manufacturing city in China.
Benefiting from the comprehensive promotion of China Manufacturing 2025 and the refinement of policies, China's intelligent manufacturing industry has gradually entered the application stage. It is estimated that by 2020, China's smart manufacturing output value is expected to exceed 3 trillion yuan, with a compound annual growth rate of about 20%. In the next 35 years, China's economic growth under the new normal will shift from “by sweat” to “by wisdom.” How should companies seize the opportunities in this process?
According to industry insiders, the investment in intelligent manufacturing industry mainly follows the four major directions of robots, artificial intelligence, VR and other industries, such as drones and unmanned driving, smart homes, intelligent logistics and other industries, and 3D printing. Therefore, in order to seize the opportunities in the development of intelligent manufacturing industry, it is crucial to grasp these four major investment directions.
In addition to mastering the main direction of industrial development, all enterprises should also follow up on the new trend of industrial development in a timely manner so that they do not fall behind. At present, intelligent transformation is the key to building and manufacturing a strong country. Realizing “digital, networked and intelligent” manufacturing is a new trend in the development of the manufacturing industry and the core of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation.
Although the local "Made in China 2025" has been formulated in various places, in fact, many enterprises in China are at different levels. Therefore, this round of reform requires the central government, local governments, capital, and enterprises to drive together in an all-round way.
